Tyre pressure warning

Post  Abx on Fri Feb 12, 2010 2:53 am

Hi Guys

I'm running 330s rims with Dunlop rubber and off to get my geo set up at the weekend, just sorting a few bits out to make sure everthing was straight and checked my tire pressures whilst I was at it, tyres did not look low so was more of a precaution but they were pretty low, think they should be about 31/32 (front/rear) and they were all sitting at between 20 and 25.

So, anyone with Dunlops check your pressures even if all look ok, handling seemed ok but on examining the tyre there certainly seems to be some unevan wear to them. I guess the end result of a low profile and hard tyre wall is they can be quite low on pressure but without any visable signs.

checked mine today, they were all between 23 and 29 so put 32 in them all and see how it feels.

Tyre pressures

Post  A on Mon Aug 02, 2010 12:59 pm

I've been using Front 36 Rear 34

As per advice by Powerstation (who did all the development work on the T20 hatch before they and Litchfields parted company).

Adds a little more feel to the (dull) steering and a little bit more spring in the step...
