Disks and pads all round

Post  stressballsteve on Wed May 02, 2012 4:47 am

Hi,
What disks and pads to people recommend for their cars (2009 STI)? I need to change mine all round and I don't really want to be spending £600+ for a main dealer to do it but I'm not sure which size I need for the rears. I've seen Robs post which lists the Pagid ones from ECP, but I can't find anything that mentions the rears. I don't use my car on the track and as I seem to always have a small passenger, I don't really drive it that hard, so I don't really need performance orientated disks and pads...
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Steve

I've got a set of Pagid pads for the front to go on when I can be bothered and will be getting front discs from Godspeed, groved and about £120 IIRC, rears seem to be quite expensive though.Check out the link below.

Any news on the rear discs, or are these still an expensive dealer only part?

I've had a busy couple of weeks, but I'll look into it this week...the rears seem to be the expensive bits...

the rears are almost twice the cost of the fronts...I know from other posts on here that you can get the Pagid parts from Eurocarparts, but according to their site, they don't do the correct ones for the STi...would anyone (Rob Laughing ) know what the correct part numbers are for front and rear disks and pads?
