    Oil Change.... Empty Oil Change....

    How do you guys do an oil change on the hatch, if you do so yet?

    The nose is long and low so can't reach filter or oil plug and the nose means I can't use the ramps, looks like resigned to jacking up for access, lower to drain, jack up to replace oil plug and filter! Laughing

    I do mine at work on the four poster lift lol Shocked

    but seriously I used to jack it up, Remove the sump tray undo the bung and filter and lower the car down/ Pre-fill the new filter then re-jack the car up and refit the bung and new filter/Refit the sump tray. Jobs a good one

    I go to my local i-tuned (2 miles) and hire their lift (£10/hour)which includes full tool kit, air tools etc. Do the oil change and usually have time to whip off a couple of wheels and give the insides a good clean.
