    28 - 29 mpg from a 400+bhp car? How?

    I have std c**p throttle map sti @300bhp and I cant acheive 20mpg and enjoy!

    Will a 100bhp remap produce a 30% increase in fuel economy as adverts suggest?

    (or are these cars being driven like diesels at double the cost?)

    Custom remap to suit the drivers driving style and set the engine to run far more efficient, mines seen as much as 43 mpg Cool

    Mine regularly returns 28-29 mpg per tank driving "normally".
    Best on a long trip was 36mpg, cruising at 60-65mph. (Still did the odd overtake !)

    Looks like a remap is well worth the money!
    I seriously don't get more than 200 miles per tank @ £60

    Although none of journeys are more than 30 mile which probably accounts for it!

    Looks like a map of the jollygreenmonster is overdue.

    Its all about the driving you do, mine with a map easily does 30mpg sitting at 60/65, but with the 20 one mile school runs a week struggles to get over 20mpg, with a run on the same tank then goes upto about 24 average.
