330S std wheel colour code?

Not sure what it is called - gunmetal grey ? - but what is the colour, and colour code for the std STi 330S 5 spoke wheels?

After the snow / freezing etc. the road into the works car park is badly pot holed, and I think I have chipped the edge of my n/s rear wheel.
( I don't bump up kerbs or park up kerbs etc. ).

Any ideas?
Might be able to get a local paint shop to match them ( did on my 2003 wheels! some Vauxhaul colour!!! ) or Halfords etc. or maybe Subaru dealer can order me a touch up pen.

Took mine to a bodyshop in Warrington and they said it was a chrome paint that they couldn't match due to new safety regs so had them done elsewhere with a silver ghosting over black.

The 245's don't give any rim protection on mine and they're shot again, nothing to do with the works car park. I'm going to try 265 when these are worn and I'll get the wheels enamelled to see if that holds up any better.

ASked dealer, they are looking but didn't know. They think the wheels are Anthracite? Certainly not gold or silver!

The old 17" wheels on my classic, off a 2003 WRX were some Vauxhall colour, may be similar!


I tried to get Halfords to make 64C paint for my mates 1998 classic wagon in green metallic, seems they couldn't make it as the ingredient containing Chrome was banned!!!! As you said... Doh!

The old 17" 2003 wheels were Vauxhall olive gran ??

Matched well tho.


I may try a bit on the wheel chip!
