    alright folks ive got an issue with my fuel filler cap release. pulling the release lever doesnt release the filler cap. it sounds like its working however door doesnt open.

    i can open door by inserting ignition key into gap and popping it open. this isnt ideal as over time will scratch the paint.

    any ideas how to tighten/fix it?

    Have search as i posted on this a while ago, iirc you just need to adjust the door and add a little spray grease to the latch assembly and door hinges.

    spring clip inside the fuel door right in the middle bend it slightly backwards towards the car to make it have more tension and it will fire it open no worries

    Car was in at Ian grieves this week getting the rear diff temp sensor looked at (which was resoldered) and I got them to have a look at the filler cap aswel. Seems te spring had come loose so was simply connected up again and all good.
