Cheers Rob, that all makes sense and straight forward from when I looked at the pipe routings, bit easier doing it all at the o/s via the crosover pipe and not just replacing the hose on the n/s cam cover.
Is the pipe you used around 13mm id ?

I was planning to leave PCV in place for just the reasons you gave!

Well done that man, any piccies would help of the cross over pipe & crank vent perhaps.

How did you mount the can, looks like a bracket to the side of the catch can?

    Thanks

Had a look at this today, not sure where to mount oil can!

    Rob,
The smaller cam cover vent is the front one and these both go to the cross over tube screwed to the TMIC.
Question is, is the rubberhose that comes off the 2nd leg of this tube and goes over the manifold to front of inlet hose theone you blocked up? Pic shows it attached and you say it looks stock... I assume so!
You then need to block off the pipe that runs over the top and down over the intake manifold, I used a rubber bung a bit like a tyre valve affair and pushed it deep inside the pipe and just left it looking like it was connected in the first place.

I was intending to remove the cross over pipe but that means running hose under TMIC to oil can.

Crank case - the smaller black pipe that joins a stub on the rear of inlet pipe above the dump valvereturn - right?

    OK, looks good now!

    Cheers again
    Rob

Your quite right my mistake, the front smaller pipe is the one you need to use.
I retained the crossover-pipe as it looked a neater way to route rather than having rubber hoses hanging around everywhere & yes the pipe that T's off and goes over the manifold is the one I fitted the Bung within.

Crankcase breather is the one you mentioned that is just connects into the stub just above the DV return hose.

I struggled for space, if it wasn't for the fact I'm running a CAIK I would never have got it mounted, all I did was make a steel bracket and bolt it behind the power steering reservoir

    Thanks Rob.

The ally looking plug in the bottom pic - - looks like a bigger hose ( Dump valve return hose ? ) or is it just a trick of photography and goes sideways to the inlet pipe top spout ex the crank breather??

When I pulled off the hoses today there were definite smears of oil in the metal pipes, not so much in the rubber hoses, so does look like a bit of oil carry over going on. Engine 14000 miles old!

I have got coming some plugs for 1/2" hose will will seall off a couple of ends neatly with a little ( 1" ish ) of hose. More like 5/8" on the front inlet pipe spout though!

    Thanks

Yeah the alloy plug is dump valve return pipe, I got sick of looking at it under the intercooler behind my hks so I cut it off and moved the plug further down.

You imagine those metal pipes are oilly, then think what the inside of the intercooler is like Shocked Shocked

Might have to wash the TMIC with solvent then!!

Easy mod to the 3 breather hoses, those plugs I got were kool so an inch of hose and a blanking plug ( one type were also threaded on top to screw something in later if needed ... hmmm )sorted the open ends.

Problem finding space for the Mocal catch can, tried to fit on top part of AEM wing plate but too near PS reservoir and/or the top bolts of AEM / air box mount to fit and allow hose access, will have to get a bracket made up or wait until FMIC goes in so it can go in the bulkhead!

    Currently VTA breathers!!!.

Absolutely no room for front swirl pot & pump!!!
