Sorry guys wheel and tyre question

Looking for a set of 18s for my 08 plate WRX hatch
seen on ebay lots of sets from older model cars all with the 5X100 stud pattern but will the offset and c/bore be the same

Id loke the wheels to fill the arches a bit more than they do with the STD wheels and tyres would I go with 7.5"

not sure what the STD wheels are in terms of Offset or bore

Thanks for any info as im here scratching my head full of numbers I dont understand lol
